After the lockdown, the first team building of ECOVIS Georgia took place in Borjomi, in the middle of a beautiful park.

Representatives of the management team of ECOVIS Georgia received training in "Management Skills", the aim of which was to get acquainted with the basic principles and tools of management and to improve working skills.

The training was built on experiential learning methodology, which will enable ECOVIS Georgia's management team to rethink processes and discover insights. The training was enriched with videos, interactive materials and case studies.
